I really like the bio-hazard symbol and I use it everywere. My only feedback here would be that the text is not quite centered at the top. Other than that, I like what you've done.
Also i found that the glow effect became distorted after the log screen program re-sized it or something, not sure why tbh.
Anyway it was my first attempt at a log-on so gonna dig out the psd and make a new one with that in mind!
In the mean time i have been using this [link] as my new log on screen.
Il drop you a note when i do a new Bio-hazard Log-on though

I use a Third party program called - Windows 7 Logon Background Changer 1.3.4
